Alimrose ships all Australian retail orders via Australia Post.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST will be shipped same day. Orders placed after 2pm AEST will ship the next business day.
Shipping Costs for Australian Orders
- Free Standard Post shipping on orders over $150.00
- Flat Rate Express Post Shipping of $19.95 for Australian orders under $80
- Flat Rate Standard Post Shipping of $12.95 for Australian orders under $80
- International shipping is calculated at checkout and depends on what service you select for your country.
- Please be aware that some orders that ship internationally will be subject to duties & taxes. Any such taxes, if levied are the responsibility of the purchaser. If orders are rejected or returned to Alimrose due to unpaid duties or taxes we will only be able to refund the value of the product, not the shipping charges.
- Tracking numbers are sent to your email address that you used to register your purchase with.
Shipping for USA Orders - USA TARRIFF UPDATE
From 31st October 2025 we will be able to ship a limited range of products from our 3PL within the USA. The limited range of dolls and sets can be shipped within the USA for a flat rate of $12. These products were from our best selling collections.
We are still navigating being able to ship from our full collection that is warehoused in Sydney, Australia and hope to resume late November 2025. Orders that would ship from Sydney would incur tariffs and extra charges and this is currently being worked out.
We will update you as soon as we are able to resume safe and cost-effective shipping to the USA from Australia and but hope you can take advantage of the stock that we are currently holding within the USA.

Returns
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we offer a 7 day money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods. Please contact us within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems and help arrange the return.
Change of mind returns will only be refunded the value of the products, not the shipping costs. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been worn, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit & therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier. Alimrose will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
