Adjustable Head Bow Rose Garden

Adjustable head bow band that can be untied and re-tied. It has an encased elastic portion at the back to allow for extra stretch when tied. 

Measured lying flat and tied as pictured it is 19cm / 7.5 inches. Untied and from end to end without being stretched it is 60cm / 23.5 inches.
