Gift Wrap

I ordered the Mini Angel Bunny for my niece’s birthday, and overall I had a really positive experience.

The customer service was excellent. I somehow managed to purchase just the gift wrapping without the actual doll, which I’m still a little puzzled by: I’m not quite sure how it’s possible to purchase an add-on without the main item! 😅 However, the team handled the issue really well. They refunded my initial payment and helped put through a new order, which I really appreciated.

Delivery was smooth and everything was handled efficiently. My only gripe is the delivery fee for orders within Australia, as it appears to be charged at an international delivery rate even though the delivery itself is domestic.

Aside from that, I was very happy with the service and how quickly the team resolved my order issue. The Mini Angel Bunny was a lovely birthday gift for my niece, lovingly named Lola Bunny. The wrapping is also beautifully executed.

Wonderful products. This is our second Penguin Comforter in case his first is lost. At 5 months he cannot or won’t be without his comforter…..called Brian! He is beginning to grasp the long penguin squeaker….no doubt another favourite. Fabulous communication and perfectly gift wrapped. Thank you very much.

Alimrose Gift Wrap was beautifully done and it was a pleasure to present the gift to the recipient.

This purchase was a gift for a friend’s baby. She loves cats, so I thought a kitty rattle and stuffed animal (kitty) would be the perfect gift. I will be buying baby shower gifts again from Alimrose.
